Missing my
boat (sorry Duncs!) and my old friends (some older than others - sorry
Chas!). Just popped onto the website to catch my monthly Cuan update
and feeling very homesick indeed. To the current crew, wow, you look
like a fantastic bunch hope you're all having a wonderful time (who
has fore peak pole position?). My most memorable times happened on Cuan
and I hope you're all having the same kind of experiences, don't ever
take her for granted. Annie and Kim, I know you're keeping the office
alive running the boats and the villa, hope all is well with Serendipity
- the photos are beautiful! I MISS YOU ALL, IF YOU SEE ANY OF THE OTHER
OLD CREW STROLLING AROUND THE ISLANDS, BIG HUGS AND KISSES PLEASE!!

My
family just arrived back from a week on the Cuan Law (July
24-31) and a week's stay in Tortola and I wanted to send a
note to let the Cuan Law folks know how much we enjoyed our
time on the boat. We have travelled quite a bit and done a
lot of diving and a couple of live-aboards. The Cuan Law is
now at the top of our list! It is such a smoothly-run operation
that the guests truly feel pampered, welcomed, relaxed and
also part of the family. Your crew is a top notch, energetic
bunch and they were very delightful both as crew and as travelling
companions. The boat is beautiful, comfortable and both luxurious
and laid back. The meals were outstanding- thanks Dan! He is
a gem. His meals were imaginative, plentiful and truly gourmet
and delicious. The dive instructors (Abi and AJ) were wonderful.
They were informative and helpful without being overbearing.
They quickly figured out each diver's comfort level and provided
the correct assistance for everyone to have great, relaxing,
and safe dives. They stews (Dan and Ashley) were thorough and
helpful. They got their jobs done in an unobtrusive, friendly
manner. They were always ready to do whatever was needed. The
captain - Chaz - is a true leader. He is great with both the
crew and the guests and has such an interesting background
in order to tell stories! We loved spending time with him.
He is very geniune. The engineer (Ed) is, of course, more "behind
the scenes." He kept everything running and we enjoyed
talking with him. Please pass on our best wished to Duncan
and Annie and also to "our" Cuan Law crew. I am sure
we will return! Linda, Rich, Janel and John Torkington

My
first experience in the world of diving began years ago on
the CuanLaw. I recommend the CuanLaw living aboard experience

Captain
Duncan and crew, I left my heart on the Cuan Law...Thanks so
much for an experience I'm convinced unparalleled in the diving
world. Few days have passed since our departure that I've not
thought of the fabulous people responsible for our wonderful
week. Alex and AJ, you possess the patience of saints. Ed,
you're the greatest. Scott and Jess, I wish you the best with
your travels and know I'll see you again. Ian, good luck in
college; you'll do well. Duncan and Annie, it was my sincere
pleasure to meet you as you're two of the greatest souls anywhere.
Thank you for the best vacation I've ever had. Loyd Knudsen

Duncan & Crew
- I blinked and the week was gone. Our 14 hour trip back to
San Diego was not much more than a succession of excellent
memories. AJ - Thanks for teaching me how to dive & sorry
about the stray knee. I'm officially madly in love with the
Cuan Law & so much so that I'll be back in a couple of
months (May?) certified and ready to rock. This is one sweet
world, Sonja

The
gang that sailed the week of January 18, 2004 totally rocked!
Dunc, Annie, Matt, Foot, Jess, Alex, AJ, Scott and Becky -
you're the best! We were well fed, did some incredible diving,
learned and saw a lot and got to see Alex wearing pink underwear
on the Chikuzen. What more could one want? To our fellow guests:
couldn't think of a better bunch to dive, sail, have fun, drink
and break bread with. May we all do it again some day! Best
regards, Tracy & Lori Kornfeld

You took great care of all of us in the PADI IDC and I feel
you a driving force in making it a great success. I am definately
coming back for another trip, the diving in the BVI is world
class and your friendship made it feel like home. I already
have a group trip in the works. Cheers to all of you, George

Just
returned from a week on board with 11 Planet Ocean Divers.
We have been on many other live aboards, but your operation
is definitely tops in our book. Every detail is so well done
making sure your guests have a top notch experience. Your crew
is superb and went beyond normal efforts to please our group.
The cuisine was wonderful and always served in such a lovely
setting on the deck. We were all surprised with the quality
of dives that we made. You can't complain when you see two
Goliath Groupers and three juvenile manta rays in one week,
not to mention the beautiful and healthy corals, other reef
fish, rays and fascinating wrecks. Thanks to all the crew for
such a memorable experience. We will be back! Sherry Wade,
