Cuan Law Sample Menu
The following is a sample menu for your week aboard
Cuan Law. The actual menu may vary as Sasha has a varied
repetoire which she is always expanding. Please note that
alternatives will always be
offered if you inform Sasha ahead of time about any dislaikes
or dietary problems. Vegetarian dishes will also be offered.
SUNDAY
Lunch: Selection of Cold Cuts
and Cured Meats served with a freshly baked Grape and Fennel
Bread, Roasted Pumpkin Soup, Garden Salad with assorted dressings, 3
Bean Salad, Cheese
platter, Fresh Fruit and Cookies
Appetizer: Assortment of Mini Quiches served with a Herb
Creme Fraiche
Dinner: Sesame Seared Tuna Steak served with a Orange and
Ginger Drizzle, Coconut Steamed Rice and Stir-fried Asian Vegetables
Dessert: Fresh Berry Mille Feuille served with a Raspberry
Coulis and Whipped Cream

All
our breakfasts are served with a fresh fruit platter, a selection of yogurts,
muffins, bagels, toast, an assortment of cereals, fruit juices, teas and
coffee.
Breakfast: Banana, Chocolate Chip and Blueberry Pancakes
Served with Maple Syrup & Bacon
Lunch: Homemade Spagetti and Meatballs, Tortellini with
a Garlic Cream Sauce, freshly baked Foccacia, Tomato and Mozzarella Salad,
Garden Salad with a French Vinegarette and Triple Chocolate Cookies.
Appetizer: Smoked Fish Pate served on Crustini, Bruchetta
with a Basil Oil and Balsamic Reduction
Dinner: Herb-crusted Rack of Lamb served with a Rosemary
Pan Jus, a Sweet Potato Hash and sauteed Haricort Vert
Dessert: Dark and White Chocolate Swirled Cheesecake served
with a Caramel Drizzle
TUESDAY
Breakfast: Baked Croissants stuffed with Ham, Turkey,
Provolone and Mozzarella served with Honey Mustard Sausages
Lunch: The infamous Cuan Law Pizzeria! Roasted Pepper Salad,
Greek Salad, Garden Salad with assorted dressings and Apple Cake
Appetizer: Smoked Duck Blinis with Boursin Cheese and Walnuts
Dinner: Salmon baked in parchment paper with a Tarragon
Butter and Cherry Tomatoes served with a Pumpkin Farro Rissotto and Steamed
Asparagus
Dessert: Creme Brulee

Breakfast: Full English Breakfast with Fried Eggs
